Service Description
MokEats provides a modular, per-branch SaaS platform for restaurants. Our services include QR digital menus, online ordering, AR menu experiences, contactless table ordering, POS (offline-capable), kitchen display systems, reservation management, inventory tracking, WhatsApp ordering, payment processing via Paymob, and multi-branch management tools. Restaurants may subscribe on a per-branch basis and select from available modules à la carte.
Account Registration & Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Subscriptions & Billing
MokEats offers tiered subscription plans ranging from $29/month (Starter) to $129/month (Full Stack) per branch. Billing is handled through Paymob. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Restaurant Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the platform, including menu items, descriptions, images, pricing, and branding materials. MokEats claims no intellectual property rights over your restaurant data. You grant us a limited license to display this content on your public menu pages and process it for order fulfillment.
Payment Processing
All payment processing is handled by Paymob, our third-party payment partner. MokEats does not store full payment card details. Paymob processes payments in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Transaction fees may apply as set by Paymob. MokEats charges zero commission on orders placed through the platform.
Limitation of Liability
MokEats provides the platform 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription during the month preceding the claim. We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions, including payment gateway outages or telecommunications failures.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked within 30 days. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days; after this period, data may be permanently deleted.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
